Returns and refunds

14-day right of withdrawal

You may return any item bought in the SKIN GURU online store within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. This right is set by Cabinet of Ministers Regulation No. 255 of the Republic of Latvia, „Regulations on the distance contract“.

Condition in which we accept items

We accept an item back if it is unused, free of defects and in its original packaging — its quality and appearance have not changed.

For hygiene reasons we do not accept opened cosmetic products with a broken protective seal, or gift cards.

How to return an item

Notify us of the withdrawal by writing to info@skinguru.lv or on WhatsApp +371 20711199.
Send the item by post or courier to the address we give you in our reply.
Return shipping costs are covered by the customer.

Refund

Once the returned item has been received and its condition checked, we send a confirmation email about the refund. The money is returned using the same payment method you used for the purchase, no later than 14 days from receiving the withdrawal notice.

Damaged or incorrect item

If an item arrives damaged or does not match what you ordered, contact us — we will replace it or refund the full amount, including delivery costs.
