We are a small shop, and every review changes something for us: what to order again, what to describe more clearly, what to stop offering. For a review we send a 10% discount code for your next purchase.
Write honestly. Including if something disappointed you — those reviews are the most useful to us.
The code arrives by email. Right after you submit. It is personal and valid once.
We publish the review after checking it. Usually within a few working days.
We give the discount for any review regardless of the rating — including a critical one. We never ask anyone to write a good review and we do not delete bad ones.
We publish reviews only from people who actually bought from us, so we ask for the order number. If you do not have it at hand, the email address you ordered with is enough.
