Delivery options and prices

We ship only with Omniva to a parcel locker. Other delivery methods are currently not available.

Payment

All orders are paid in advance: we prepare and ship the parcel only after the payment has been received. Cash on delivery is not available.

Payment must be made within five working days of placing the order. Available methods:

payment card (Credit / Debit);
LinkPay;
Apple Pay.

Payments are processed by the Stripe platform. We pass the data required to complete the payment to Stripe as the payment service provider.

Delivery time

After the payment is received we ship the order the same or the next working day. Delivery to an Omniva parcel locker usually takes one to four working days.

In the shipping confirmation email you will receive a tracking number and a link to check the status of your parcel.

Collecting from the parcel locker

When placing the order, choose the locker closest to you — you will receive the door code by SMS to the phone number you provide.

The parcel is kept in the locker for seven days. If it is not collected before the end of the storage period, it returns to the SIA „Glowinn“ warehouse.
