Delivery to an Omniva parcel locker is possible only with advance payment. When confirming your order, choose the locker closest to you. You will receive the door code by SMS to the phone number you provide.
The parcel is kept in the locker for seven days. If it is not collected before the end of the storage period, it returns to the SIA „Glowinn“ warehouse.
After the payment is received we ship the order the same or the next working day. Delivery usually takes one to four working days.
In the shipping confirmation email you will receive a tracking number and a link to check the status of your parcel.
Payment for purchases must be made within five working days of placing the order. You can pay:

using LinkPay
using Apple Pay
Payments are processed by the Stripe.com platform, so our company passes the personal data required to complete the payment to the platform owner, Stripe.com.
Any item purchased in the SIA „Glowinn“ online store can be returned within 14 days of the purchase date. We accept the item if it is unused, free of defects and in its original packaging — its quality has not changed and there is no manufacturing defect.
You can send the item to us by post or by courier. Return costs are covered by the customer.
Once the returned item has been received and its quality checked, you will receive a confirmation email about the refund of the item price. Within the following days the money will be returned using the same payment method you used for the purchase.
We reserve the right not to exchange an item or refund the money if the item has defects, was purchased during a promotion or discount period, or if the item is an online store gift card.
