This privacy policy explains what personal data SIA „Glowinn“ processes when you use the skinguru.lv online store, for what purposes we use it and what your rights are.

What data we process
- Order data: name, surname, email address, phone number, the chosen parcel locker or delivery address, order contents and amount.
- Payment data: payments are processed by Stripe. We do not see or store your card number — we only receive confirmation of a successful payment.
- Correspondence: messages you send us by email or WhatsApp.
- Technical data: IP address, device and browser type, pages visited — within cookies and Google Analytics.

Who we share data with
- Stripe — payment processing.
- Omniva — parcel delivery (name, phone, locker or address).
- Tilda Publishing — technical operation of the website and order form.
- Google — Google Analytics for visit statistics.
- Accounting service provider — for invoice records.
We do not pass data to third parties for marketing purposes and we do not sell it. If part of the data is processed outside the European Economic Area, this happens on the basis of standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.
How long we keep data
- Order and accounting data — 5 years, as required by law.
- Customer correspondence — 2 years from the last message.
- Consent to receive news — until the consent is withdrawn.
- Analytics data — up to 14 months.
Cookies
The website uses technically necessary cookies (cart, session, language choice) and analytics cookies (Google Analytics). You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings; blocking technically necessary cookies may break the cart and checkout.
Your rights
- access your data and receive a copy of it;
- correct inaccurate data;
- delete data if there is no longer a legal basis to keep it;
- restrict processing or object to it;
- receive data in a portable format;
- withdraw consent to receive news at any time;
- lodge a complaint with the Data State Inspectorate (Elijas iela 17, Rīga, dvi.gov.lv).

Data security
The website works over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). Access to order data is limited to authorised staff. Payment data is processed on Stripe’s side in line with PCI DSS requirements.
Changes to this policy
We may supplement this policy from time to time. The current version is always available on this page.
